Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore included in this new image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Further materials released as part of the current oversight release.
